DO WE SHARE THE SAME BELIEF!!!

DIFFERENT DENOMINATION YET SAME BELIEF

Alright it's good to be back and to further buttress areas where compatibility is key, we will be exposing a great aspect where most of us tend to overlook..

SPIRITUAL MATTERS

"I'm a deeper lifer and I can never get married to a guy from another denomination" was the response of a deeper life lady... This got me thinking for a while 🤔 🤔 and it prompted the question "Are we actually serving the same God and have we been baptized into one Christ with one baptism??  Her response goes thus -" We all are serving different God and if not why then is our doctrine not the same... (I will leave you all to ponder on this...)

I kind of disagree with her to some extent though, but it then dawn on me that we should endeavor to marry someone who shares the same conviction, Faith and Belief with ours in matters pertaining to Healing, Salvation, Holy ghost Baptism etc not necessarily the same denominations... Even though some churches frown at inter - denomination relationships (which I will not want to mention), I still believe in one gospel and in one God, but in other to maintain a long lasting relationship, both parties must come to a consensus in certain kingdom principles and doctrines such as - - being born again, Jesus's incarnation, death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ, Holy spirit baptism - just to mention but a few...
As much as I really disagree with these concept of the same denomination getting marry to each other, to some extent I still endorsed it, but from a different perspective, that as long as both parties share the same mindset when spiritual matters are brought to bare, I believe it's really a go ahead for me..
I could remember some years back, where both the husband and the wife were from different denominations, and as a result of thus, after wedlock and children started coming in, the wife suggested that the children follow her to church and the man disagreed with her strongly...
Another example is a marriage between a man and a woman from different religion (A Muslim brother being yoked with a Christian sister) knowing fully well that the scriptures disagree with this in
2 Corinthians 6:14 KJV
"Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness"?

For in these case, the product of such wedlock are to be called what??? "Christians or Muslims", attending Sunday services and yet going for kewu every Friday, neither here nor there... Or they could be called CHRISLIM (I.e a cross breed of both religion I guess) SOS!!!

So this are issues that must be addressed prior to joining together, that both parties are compatible in their beliefs, conviction... and if otherwise, the wife should be submissive to the priesthood anointing of the husband over her life and must be ready to go wherever he leads, in as much as it is the right and perfect way, just to foster unity and oneness in the family.

N. B Marriage will be full of arguments, disagreements and resentments, When both parties don't share compatibility in matters that matter.
